<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cytoplasmic irradiation method by which a cytoplasm can be irradiated with X-rays without conducting double staining. <P>SOLUTION: The cytoplasmic irradiation method is characterized by calculating the position 4 of center of gravity of a nucleus 2 and the direction 5 of a major axis passing through the position 4 of center of gravity on the basis of the image of the cell 1 obtained by dyeing only the nucleus 2 and then photographing the cell, and then irradiating a position 6 which is separated from the position 4 of center of gravity of the nucleus 2 to the major axis direction 5 of the nucleus 2 only at a prescribed distance D1, with X-rays. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
