<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an improvement in accuracy of image analysis in diagnosis of the ocular fundus. <P>SOLUTION: A notable portion designation part 232 of an ocular fundus observation apparatus 1 designates an image area corresponding to the notable portion of the ocular fundus Ef in an ocular fundus photographed image H. An ocular fundus surface area specification part 233 specifies an ocular fundus surface area in a three-dimensional image M which corresponds to the designated image area. An image correcting part 234 displaces the image area in the three-dimensional image M which is positioned in an ocular fundus depth direction (z direction) relative to the ocular fundus surface area in a direction (xy direction) orthogonal to the ocular fundus depth direction based on the position of the ocular fundus surface area in the three-dimensional image M.
