<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concentration assaying device and a concentration assaying method and a program that can non-invasively and accurately measure the concentration of a target component contained in an observation object by compensating for temperature variations in the observation object on the basis of the temperature-dependent variation rate of the absorption coefficient of water contained in this observation object with respect to near-infrared rays. <P>SOLUTION: A concentration assaying device comprises: an irradiating unit 5 that irradiates a skin with light; a light scattering medium selecting unit 7 that selects a back-scattered light beam radiated from a dermal layer out of back-scattered light beams from the skin; a light receiving unit 8 that receives the back-scattered light beam radiated from the dermal layer; a temperature sensor that measures the temperature of the dermal layer; a light intensity acquiring unit 9 that acquires the intensity of the back-scatter light beam received by the light receiving unit 8; a light absorption coefficient calculating unit 12 that calculates the light absorption coefficient of the dermal layer; a concentration calculating unit 13 that calculates the glucose concentration of the dermal layer; and a concentration correcting unit 14 that corrects the glucose concentration on the basis of the temperature of the dermal layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
