<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for accumulating electric charge, which includes an anode, a cathode, a separator and a nonaqueous electrolyte and is reduced in the resistance (current collection resistance) of portions including the current collectors and leads thereof and each making an electron conducting path even though the anode current collector and/or the cathode current collector are/is porous. <P>SOLUTION: The device for accumulating electric charge has an anode and a cathode. At least one of the anode and cathode has a porous and belt-like shaped current collector and two or more leads connected to the current collector. The leads are disposed and spaced from each other along a lengthwise direction of the current collector. The ratio of a distance L between the centers of the leads adjacent to each other in the lengthwise direction to a width W of the current collector satisfies the condition 2≤L/W≤6. The ratio of a specific volume resistance R<SB POS="POST">T</SB>of a widthwise direction of the current collector to a specific volume resistance R<SB POS="POST">L</SB>of the lengthwise direction meets the condition 4.5≤R<SB POS="POST">T</SB>/R<SB POS="POST">L</SB>≤6.5. The ratio of a length Y of a connection portion of the lead connected with the current collector in the widthwise direction to a width W of the current collector satisfies the condition 0.5≤Y/W≤0.8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
