PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-liquid type curable polyorganosiloxane composition for a semiconductor light-emitting device member excellent in storage stability as a liquid, light resistance and adhesiveness, and having sufficient heat resistance, hydrothermal durability and film formability.

SOLUTION: This two-liquid type curable polyorganosiloxane composition for the semiconductor light-emitting device member includes the following liquid composition (A) and liquid composition (B), where the liquid composition (B) preferably contains a polyorganosiloxane compound having two or more substituent reacting with a silanol group in one molecule, more preferably the substituent reacting with the silanol group is at least one organic group including a hydrosilyl group, silanol group and hydroxy group. The liquid composition (A) contains a polyorganosiloxane compound containing two or more silanol groups in one molecule, and does not substantially contain a condensation catalyst. The liquid composition (B) contains a condensation catalyst and does not substantially contain a Pt element.
