<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foreign matter removing apparatus in seawater which can control adhesion of a foreign matter to an element even when a large amount of the foreign matter whose specific gravity is light flows in. <P>SOLUTION: The foreign matter removing apparatus in seawater includes: a strainer container 1 in a cylindrical shape comprising an inlet pipe 4 for introducing seawater or washing water supplied from a pump 11, an outlet pipe 5 for discharging permeated water, a blow pipe 6 for exhausting a foreign matter, and a venting pipe 8 for exhausting air collected internally; a partition wall 2 where an opening part 2a is formed on a center part for partitioning an upper part space and a lower part space of the strainer container 1; an element 3 in a cylindrical shape in which a plurality of holes are formed the upper space inside the strainer container 1; and a controller 9 for controlling stop and operation of the pump 11 and controlling opening degrees of an inlet valve 10, an outlet valve 12, a blow valve 13 and a gas ventilating valve 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
