<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus, an electronic certificate setting method and an electronic certificate setting program capable of setting an electronic certificate easily. <P>SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus 1 which sets an electronic certificate includes: analysis means 14 for analyzing an intended purpose from an electronic certificate whose setting is requested; first management means 16 for associating the intended purpose of the electronic certificate with an identifier of the electronic certificate to manage them on a table; storage means 633 for associating electronic certificate data with the identifier of the electronic certificate to store them; second management means 20 for checking the intended purpose of client means 18 which communicates with a server to read the identifier of the electronic certificate corresponding to the intended purpose from the table; and the client means 18 for carrying out encryption communication with the server using the electronic certificate data corresponding to the identifier of the electronic certificate read from the storage means 633. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
