摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve tension stability of a web wound around a full winding shaft by simply changing a control method, and maintain winding quality. <P>SOLUTION: A turret winder winds a web that continuously flows onto a winding shaft 2 that is arranged in the turret winder by controlling speed using a winding dancer roller 5 through a take-off roller 4 without stop, exchanges a full winding shaft 3 for a new winding shaft 2 with turret rotation, and cuts the web W between the full winding shaft 3 and the new winding shaft 2 using a cutter 7 when being fully wound. The turret winder rotates a turret 1 with controlling speed of the full winding shaft 3 that is fully wound using the winding dancer roller. When the new winding shaft 2 contacts to the web W, the turret winder switches control of the winding dancer roller from the full winding shaft 3 to the new winding shaft 2, controls speed of the new winding shaft 2 using the winding dancer roller 5, and rotates the full winding shaft 3 at a speed synchronous with the controlled speed of the new winding shaft. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
