<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small laminated band pass filter which has low loss, steep attenuation from a pass band to outside the pass band and less ripples in the band. <P>SOLUTION: Capacitors are formed between a ground electrode (109) of a ground electrode forming layer (101) and capacitor electrodes (111) to (115) of a capacitor electrode forming layer (102). A plurality of inductor electrodes are constituted of via electrodes (131) to (140) and line electrodes (116) to (120). Loop faces are constituted so that faces of loops are partially overlapped when they are viewed in an arranging direction of the inductor electrodes. A direction of the loop by the inductor electrode of an LC parallel resonator on an input-side (first stage) and the loop by the inductor electrode of an LC parallel resonator in a second stage, which is adjacent to the loop, is made opposite to a direction of the loop by the inductor electrode of an LC parallel resonator on an output-side (fifth stage) and the loop by the inductor electrode of an LC parallel resonator in a fourth stage, which is adjacent to the loop. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
