<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shake-out machine capable of highly precisely performing an optimum amount of pre-spraying water to a high temperature broken-out and recovered sand recovered by the shake-out machine and a water spraying and cooling method for the broken-out and recovered sand of casting using the same. <P>SOLUTION: A lattice 1 for sand falling is provided only near a raw material outlet part 4 far from a casting mold feeding position 11 of the shake-out machine for breaking-out of the casting mold, and sand is separated from the raw material by giving vibration to the casting mold in a flat plate part 13 from the casting mold feeding position to the sand falling-down lattice. The separated broken-out and recovered sand is intensively fallen down on a belt conveyor 6 from the sand falling-down lattice and is delivered out, and pre-spraying of water is performed by issuing an instruction to a valve of a water spraying apparatus 7 to change the amount of spraying water in accordance with the sand temperature measured by a sand thermometer 8 installed on the outlet side of the belt conveyor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
