PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot melt adhesive which prevents load collapse of stacked fiberboard boxes, does not damage a fiberboard base material, and is excellent in coating properties and stringiness.SOLUTION: A hot melt adhesive contains (A) amorphous poly-α-olefin, (B) crystalline poly-α-olefin obtained by polymerization of α-olefin with a metallocene catalyst, and (C) a tackifying resin; contains 5-30 pts.wt. of the (C) with respect to 100 pts.wt. of the total weight of the (A) to the (C); and has a melt viscosity at 180°C of 3,000 mPa s or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
