PURPOSE: A cream type hair dye container and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the productivity of containers through an ejection molding. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a cream type hair dye container comprises: a process of constituting a tube through extrusion; a process of inserting the tube into a mold(15); a process of combining and fixing a second mold(16) in the first mold; a process of moving the core mold of the first mold into the second mold; a process of injecting a hard material into the second mold; a process of forming the end of the tube of the first mold; a process of forming the inner surface of an exhausting part; a process of integrally forming the outer circumference of the exhausting part and outer circumference of the tube; a process of integrally forming partitions to the tube from the inner surface of the exhausting part; a process of forming a container(35); a process of combining the cap with the container; a process of filling a dyeing material and an oxidizer into both sides of the partition; and a process of welding and sealing the bottom part of the container. |
