<p>The present invention discloses a scheduling method and an evolved node B. The method includes: determining a first frequency spectrum efficiency for a service which cancels multiplexing uplink control information (UCI) and a second frequency spectrum efficiency for the service which multiplexes the UCI according to the obtained modulation and coding scheme (MCS) and the number of resource blocks (RB); determining the sum of the first frequency spectrum efficiency and the fluctuation of frequency spectrum efficiency configured by a system as a third frequency spectrum efficiency; determining whether the second frequency spectrum efficiency is smaller than the third frequency spectrum efficiency; if the determination result is yes, scheduling the service and the UCI using the MCS; and if the determination result is no, then adjusting the MCS until the second frequency spectrum efficiency is smaller than the third frequency spectrum efficiency, and scheduling the service and the UCI using the adjusted MCS. With the present invention, the reliability of the uplink transport is enhanced, and better performance of the uplink transport is achieved.</p> |
