<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aerial photographing device using a kite which is cheap and can prevent screen shake when photographing moving images with few risk of aerial photographing. <P>SOLUTION: A commercial toy kite 1 can be utilized without using a special large kite by using a super lightweight small video camera 8. Screen shake of the moving image is also reduced by enabling loading of a small lightweight camera to a kite body. Photographing of bird's-eye video and image taking in sounds from ground which cannot be obtained by Internet map information, is achieved, since a figure of human who lifts the kite from ground can also be stored in the moving image of aerial photographing, or the still image. When using a ready made toy kite, there is little risk, even if it falls on the ground, since weight of the whole device becomes about 80 g or less including the kite, and anybody can easily take the aerial photos in a desired direction from sky, if there are suitable wind which can lift the kite and a safe place. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
