The present invention relates to a flexible lamp panel which can be stored without directivity by being folded or rolled and prevent interference phenomena of light. According to the present invention, the flexible lamp panel comprises: a base layer of a soft material wherein a circuit pattern is present on an upper surface of the base layer; a plurality of LEDs mounted on the base layer to be electrically connected to the circuit pattern; a black sheet layer laminated on the upper surface of the base layer except the plurality of LEDs; and a transparent cover layer configured to cover the black sheet layer and the LEDs to seal the same. |
