A system, method and devices for mandible reconstruction wherein a replacement mandible, either full or partial, is formed by cutting and reconnecting a donor bone, the devices comprising guide or template members that provide the correct angles needed for cutting the donor bone in order to replicate the configuration of the mandible being reconstructed.
