PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooker enabling excellent finish with heating cooking on the basis of an accurate weight of an object to be cooked without user's input, and capable of improving convenience.SOLUTION: A heating cooker includes a controller 90 that controls a heating box, a circulation fan, a temperature sensor 76, a steam generator and a circulation fan. The controller 90 includes: a steam control unit 90a that controls the steam generator so as to supply a predetermined amount of steam per unit time from the steam generator; and a weight estimation unit 90b that while circulating gas in the heating box by the circulation fan, in a weight estimation period in which the predetermined amount of steam per unit time is supplied from the steam generator to the heating box by the steam control unit 90a, on the basis of temperature change of atmosphere in the heating box detected by a temperature sensor 76, estimates a weight of an object to be heated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
