<p>In the disclosed dc/dc converter, a high-voltage-side smoothing capacitor is connected in parallel to a series circuit of four switching elements (S1-S4) connected sequentially in series with first to third connecting sections therebetween; a charging/discharging capacitor is connected between the first and third connecting sections; and the low-voltage-side voltage applied to the second connecting section with an inductor therebetween is increased by means of the opening and closing of the switching elements (S1-S4) and is output from the abovementioned series circuit; however, a first computed value is computed by a first controller (25) on the basis of the difference between an output voltage target value (Vout*) and the output voltage (Vout), a second computed value is computed by a second controller (26) on the basis of the difference between a charging/discharging capacitor voltage target value (Vcf*) and the charging/discharging capacitor voltage (Vcf), the first and second computed values are added and subtracted by control blocks (27, 28), and the charging/discharging capacitor voltage and the output voltage are controlled by controlling the rate of conduction of the switching elements (S1-S4) by means of gate signals (G1, G2), thus preventing overvoltage damage to the switching elements (S1-S4).</p> |
