Provided in embodiments of the present invention is a designation method for channel resource of a feedback information. The method comprises the following steps: a base station sending within a DL grant to a terminal client UE a downlink assignment index (DAI) bit, wherein the DAI bit can at least be used in designating a channel resource of the feedback information; the base station sending to the UE the DL grant via a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH). By reusing a 2-bit DAI in the DL grant of a LTE TDD system, the solution proposed by the present invention obviates the need to add an extra bit to the PDCCH for enabling the designation of an ACK/NACK channel resource used by a LTE-A UE. The method is simple, easy to implement, incurs no additional DL grant costs, and is suitable for use in ACK/NACK multiplexing transmission mode of a LTE-ATDD system.
