<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a ripple current in such configuration as of multi-phase and each phase has a plurality of legs. <P>SOLUTION: A control device 30 calculates each of duty ratio commands of respective legs in one control cycle for each phase, and changes the phase of the calculated duty ratio command.
