<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor excellent in cleaning characteristics and free of a problem about adhesiveness with a support medium in a case of using the electrophotographic photoreceptor having a small outer diameter of the support medium. <P>SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor includes at least a photosensitive layer on a conductive support medium and is characterized in that the conductive support medium is a cylinder having an outer diameter of 25 mm or smaller, and the photosensitive layer contains a copolymer polycarbonate resin having a specified repeating structure.
