<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for reporting an uplink transmission power status in a mobile communication system. <P>SOLUTION: In a mobile communication system, an Advanced Mobile Station (AMS) receives an UpLink (UL) Noise and Interference (NI) level, a target Signal to Interference and Noise Ratio (SINR), and an Offset, receives parameters needed for reporting a UL Transmission power status, updates the Offset, and transmits a UL Transmission power status report header including information indicating the updated Offset, to an Advanced Base Station (ABS). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
