PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of possible bias in a composition where, for example, a subject is imaged as a small figure on the edge of a picture in the majority of images except for a few images in which he/she is in the center position, even if the number of images taken is the same among subjects in creating an album by using photographed images.

SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus comprises: display means to display an image acquired by imaging means; acquiring means to acquire collected information of compositions based on the number of subjects per image in image data to be collected and positional information of the subjects; and presenting means to present the imaging instruction information.
