<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve utilization efficiency and voice quality of a traffic channel in an OFDMA system. <P>SOLUTION: A base station device performs communication with a communication terminal, using an OFDMA system by means of a subchannel. The base station device comprises a channel allocation unit 109a for allocating a subchannel to perform communication to each communication terminal, and a call type acquisition unit 109b for acquiring a call type of a communication target.
