<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide liquefaction countermeasure soil capable of executing the liquefaction countermeasure of the soil while suppressing the consumption of solidification material milk and eliminating the need of management such as the one in the case of injecting liquid chemicals, and its preparation method. <P>SOLUTION: In a liquefaction layer S12 in the liquefaction countermeasure soil S1, a plurality of pile type improvement bodies 1 are prepared. The pile type improvement bodies 1 reach a base layer S11 exceeding the liquefaction layer S12. Between the pile type improvement bodies 1 adjacent to each other, a plurality of reinforcing improvement bodies 2 separated in a depth direction are formed.
