<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for adjusting a cutter blade of a sheeter capable of remarkably reducing a load of a worker and capable of remarkably shortening the adjustment work time by facilitating the cutter blade adjusting work. <P>SOLUTION: This method of adjusting a cutter blade of a sheeter includes: a first process for positioning a fixed blade 49 and rotating blades 51a, 51b to standard positions by moving at least one of the fixed blade 49 and rotating blades 51a, 51b in directions, in which each blade tip comes close to each other, by using adjustment bolts 63a and 63b; a second process for lighting lamps 153, 153a and 153b by the current, which flows in a circuit with a contact of the blade tips with each other, when the fixed blade 49 and the rotating blades 51a, 51b are positioned in the standard positions; and a third process for adjusting positions of the fixed blade 49 and the rotating blades 51a, 51b by moving at least one of the fixed blade 49 and the rotating blades 51a, 51b in directions, in which the blade tips thereof separate from each other, by using adjustment bolts 63a and 63b after lighting the lamps 153, 153a and 153b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
