<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide segmented cores that consume less water, and remove a water-soluble core in no time. <P>SOLUTION: The invention relates to the die casting of a cylinder head for a four cycle engine, which includes segmented cores 21, 22 disposed in a die-casting die 15. The segmented cores 21, 22 are formed by the integration of non-aqueous cores 35, 52 and aqueous cores 34, 51.
