NOVEL NUCLEIC ACID HAVING ADJUVANT ACTIVITY AND USE THEREOF

The disclosed nucleic acid contains, at least: single-stranded DNA that is delivered to dendritic-cell endosomes; and double-stranded RNA that has the ability to activate TLR3. Said nucleic acid can reach TLR3 in endosomes and has potent adjuvant activity but has few side effects, and is thus useful as an active ingredient in an immunostimulant, a vaccine adjuvant, a therapeutic agent for cancer, or the like.
