<p>[Problem] To provide an absorbent pad and an absorptive article which can easily be replaced from a wearer's backside. [Solution] This problem is resolved by a configuration in which: engaging members (93) are provided to both corners of a stomach-side section and a back-side section of an outer sheet (32) of an absorbent pad (200); and a fastenable hook material (84), which can be fastened to the engaging members (93) of the absorbent pad (200), having a hook material (56) and an engagement section provided on both sides of a belt-like body (5) of a waist band (100), and having first and second stomach-side engagement sections (70, 72) that lay across the engaging members (93) on the stomach-side section of the absorbent pad (200), and first and second back-side engagement sections (71, 73) that lay across the engaging members (93) of the back-side section, said fastenable hook material (84) being provided on the inner surfaces of the first and second stomach-side engagement sections (70, 72) and the first and second back-side engagement sections (71, 73).</p> |
