<p>A method and a device belonging to the technical field of automobile design for matching a generator with a hydraulic torque converter. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring external characteristic data of the generator and dimensionless characteristic data of the hydraulic torque converter (101); drafting an external characteristic curve for the generator on the basis of the external characteristic data of the generator and drafting a dimensionless characteristic curve for the hydraulic torque converter on the basis of the dimensionless characteristic data of the hydraulic torque converter (102); acquiring a common operating point for the generator and the hydraulic torque converter on the basis of the external characteristic curve and the dimensionless characteristic curve; drafting for the hydraulic torque converter an output characteristic curve on the basis of the common operating point; on the basis of the common operating point and the output characteristic curve of the hydraulic torque converter, calculating a match evaluation parameter for the generator and the hydraulic torque converter. The method and the device obviate the need for manual computation and drafting, thereby allowing a process of matching the generator with the hydraulic torque converter to be automated. The method and the device are easy to operate, thereby reducing the workload involved and time required for matching the generator with the hydraulic torque converter, and increasing the accuracy of the match.</p> |
