PURPOSE: A walking assistant device is provided to support the daily life of the old and disabled and to assist muscular strength. CONSTITUTION: A walking assistant device comprises: a driving unit consisting of four wheels and four actuators; a body unit consisting of two vertical actuators(21a,21b) controlling height and a connecting member(22) for supporting and connecting vertical actuators; and a manipulation unit which is equipped with a plurality of sensors and controls the body unit and driving unit based on a signal detected by the sensors.
