摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting an arbitrary target substance with high speed, high sensitivity, and especially quantitativity, by measuring an electrochemical change, especially an electric charge generated by power generating enzymes as electric current, and to provide a detection part and a device used for the detection method. <P>SOLUTION: According to the present invention, a method for quantitatively detecting a target molecule is provided by: combining a molecular-specific detection system using a support (preferably a magnetic bead or plastic plate) with a power generating enzyme (glucose oxidase, etc.); and detecting an electron generated as electric current.
