<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prosthetic appliance to be internally used in a patient and an internal prosthesis appliance access system, such as a hemodialysis access system. <P>SOLUTION: The internal prosthesis appliance comprises: a biocidal agent lock containing (i) an anticoagulant and (ii) a nonantibiotic biocidal agent for flushing and coating of the internal prosthesis appliance; means for providing a patient with a connecting flow passage crossing the skin between an external region with respect to the patient and an internal region with respect to the patient; and means for shutting off the continuous flow passage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
