摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of speed control and orientation control in a conventional molecular property analysis technique by providing a property analysis device and a property analysis method for orientating monomers of molecules moving through a nanopore. <P>SOLUTION: A method for controlling movement of electrically charged molecules through a nanopore includes: a step for applying molecular movement voltage between the molecule inlet of the nanopore 12 and the molecule outlet of the nanopore 12 through the nanopore 12; a step for applying a first voltage bias to the movement voltage at least to one electric probe arranged in the nanopore 12 to perform slow forward movement of molecules passing the nanopore 12 between the molecule inlet and the molecule outlet; and a step for applying a second voltage bias to the movement voltage at least to one electric probe arranged in the nanopore 12 to perform forward movement of molecules through the nanopore 12 between the molecule inlet and the molecule outlet. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
