<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal connection method, capable of easily and securely connecting a plurality of cables to a terminal without increasing a cost. <P>SOLUTION: A terminal connection method includes: an insertion disposition step for disposing each conductor 22 composed of a plurality of cables 21 each having the conductor 22 exposed from a jacket 23 at each end, by inserting the conductor 22 in a bundled manner into a junction 12 of a terminal 11, formed of a metallic material, including a bottomed cylindrical junction 12 having an aperture 12a at one end side; a heating and melting step for melting the conductor 22 in the junction 12 by heating the junction 12 in such a state that the aperture 12a of the junction 12 is oriented upward; and a melted metal ascending step for making a melted metal S in the junction 12 ascend to an upper position than the end of the jacket 23 of the cable 21, by performing either one of or both insertion of the conductor 22 into the junction 12 and pressure application from the outside of the junction 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
