<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material suitable for sealing LED elements or forming a gas barrier layer, and to provide an LED device, FPD device, semiconductor device or the like using the material. <P>SOLUTION: The material is a polymer composition comprising mixing together (A) a component represented by general formula (1) (wherein R<SP POS="POST">1</SP>is hydrogen or 1-20C hydrocarbon; m is an integer of ≥3; a is an integer of 0 to 10; and a siloxane structure is chain or cyclic), (B) a siloxane compound having a structure in which hydrogen bonds directly to silicon, (C) an organic metal compound of metals of group 1, 2 and 12 to 14 in the periodic table, and (D) a metal catalyst which contains a group 8, 9 or 10 metal, and subjecting the obtained mixture to reaction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
