<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allot a worker having a high level technical knowledge to a non-formal work requiring a high level technique and to reduce the time required for changing allotment. <P>SOLUTION: A maintenance patrol plan creation device comprises: a regular worker ability determining section 104 that creates a workers list in which workers are arranged in order from lower technical level based on information on technical level of the workers registered in a regular worker information storage 122; a regular work determination section 105 that allots a worker to a work site to be allotted based on the workers list; and a regular work time determination section 106, in which workers having a low technical level are allotted first. The maintenance patrol plan creation device further comprises: an allot suspension site storage 123 that registers information on work sites to which workers cannot be allotted; a standby worker ability determining section 109; a standby work determining section 110; and a standby work time determining section 111, to thereby allot a standby worker to a work site to which workers have not been able to be allotted within a work time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
