PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for preventing and treating a stuffy nose caused by type I allergy and pollinosis related to the type I allergy.

SOLUTION: There are provided a food composition for preventing a stuffy nose caused by pollinosis contains as the active ingredient, kaempferol-3-glucoside expressed by formula (1); a medicinal composition for treatment; and a skin care external preparation for treatment.
