<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processing device for performing self diagnosis program in which the tamper resistance is improved. <P>SOLUTION: An IC card 1 has a flush memory 13 storing information used for cipher processing, a cipher processing part 15, a CPU11, an access right obtainment control register 17, a coprocessor 21, and a bass controller 22. The access right obtainment control register 17 can perform setting of validity or invalidity and includes a plurality of registers for setting the access rights for each circuit. The coprocessor 21 is controlled by the CPU11 and performs the processing for setting the access right obtainment control register 17 to be valid. The bass controller 22 controls bass and performs the stop processing for stopping the operation of the CPU 11 when the setting of the access right is made for one of the plurality of circuits without setting of the access right obtainment control register 17 to be valid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
