<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid hydraulic excavator with an electronic component module including an electronic component cooling device capable of precisely radiating heat generated from electronic components and maintaining an internal temperature of the electronic components in a predetermined range, even in the case where the plurality of electronic components are disposed with high integration. <P>SOLUTION: The hybrid hydraulic excavator includes: an engine 101; an electric assist motor 102 for assisting the engine 101; an electric swing motor 103 which enables a revolving superstructure 101b to revolve around a predetermined axis on a self-propelled part 101a; a capacitor module 1 including a cooling plate with cooling channels for running cooling medium and a plurality of capacitor cells mounted on the cooling plate; a controller 104 for controlling the capacitor module 1, the electric assist motor 102, and the electric swing motor 103; and a cooler for cooling and circulating the cooling medium. The cooling medium cooled by the cooler circulates through the cooling channels of the cooling plate, the controller 104, and the electric swing motor 103 in turn. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
