APPLIANCE AND DEVICE FOR EXPERIENCING COPD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an appliance for experiencing COPD allowing a subject to experience symptoms of the COPD and leading the subject to have a COPD examination in an early stage.

SOLUTION: A first-stage resistive element 32a providing an exhalation resistance whose differential pressure before and after the resistive element is A or more and less than B; a second-stage resistive element 32b providing the exhalation resistance whose differential pressure is B or more and less than C; a third-stage resistive body 32c providing the exhalation resistance whose differential pressure is C or more and less than D; or a fourth-stage resistive element 32d providing the exhalation resistance whose differential pressure is D or more is arbitrary selected and attached to a mouthpiece 31. A subject exhales into the mouthpiece 31 so as to experience each symptom of the COPD.
