PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unused energy recovery device in buildings in which heat insulation property and airtight ability of a chamber box are enhanced for utilizing the heat quantity concerned because indoor air as unused energy belongs thermally to low temperature range.

SOLUTION: The unused energy recovery device in buildings is a device which carries out heat recovery of indoor air to supply as a heat source for the outdoor equipment of heat pumps, makes an electric opening and closing door operate depending on outside air temperature conditions, and purposes the best mix between indoor air and outside air determined to operate as a heat source supplying system for the outdoor equipment of heat pumps. As for heat insulation, a high heat insulating material is utilized to enhance heat insulation property.
