<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new asphalt mixture for an elastic pavement which has no risk that an elastic body is separated from asphalt and has a high destruction effect and a peeling effect to an ice board in the freezing suppression pavement of a physical system. <P>SOLUTION: Aggregates, asphalt, hollow resin particulates and low aniline point hydrocarbon components are contained, the hollow resin particulates comprise the shell of a thermoplastic resin including a gas or a liquid and the volume is expanded by heating.
