<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration piece improved in impact resisting characteristics, and a vibrator and an oscillator equipped with the vibration piece. <P>SOLUTION: A crystal vibration piece 1 is provided with a base portion 10, a pair of vibrating arms 11 extending from the base portion 10, and a first holding portion 12 having flexibility. The first holding portion 12 has a first arm portion 12a extending to a tip end side of a vibrating arm 11a along one side of the vibrating arm 11a, a second arm portion 12b extending from a first arm portion 12a over tip ends of the vibrating arms 11a and 11b in a direction intersecting the extending direction of the vibrating arm 11a, and a third arm portion 12c extending from the second arm portion 12b to a root side of the vibrating arm 11b along the other side of the vibrating arm 11b. At the time of displacement when the vibrating arms 11a and 11b exceed predetermined displacement amount, in a plane view, an interval W2 between the vibrating arms 11a and 11b is set so as to make the first arm portion 12a and the third arm portion 12c contact with the vibrating arms 11a and 11b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
