The system has an electrical motor (29) attached to a frame of a vehicle and a transmission device between a shaft of the motor and a hub of a wheel. Telescopic driveshafts (5, 7) and a reducer are connected with the hub. A direction system includes a connection device between the frame of the vehicle and a hub carrier (103) of the wheel. The connection device comprises a connection shaft with the frame and a direction leg for connecting the connection shaft to the hub carrier. The connection device is movably mounted to rotate around a longitudinal axis of the connection shaft.
