The present invention relates to a construction method for enhancing strength and abrasion resistance of concrete. More particularly, the construction method comprises: a first step of abrading a surface of concrete with an abrader; a second step of removing dusts, impurities, and moisture on the surface of concrete; and a third step of applying a concrete coating composition to the surface of concrete. The concrete coating composition comprises, based on 100 parts by weight of the composition: 25-30 parts by weight of nano-scale lithium silicate; 15-18 parts by weight of an inorganic-based pigment; 3-4 parts by weight of amorphous silica fine powder; 1.5-2 parts by weight of talcum powder; 1.5-2 parts by weight of silicon-based surfactant; and 6-12 parts by weight of multivalent alcohol. |
