The present invention relates to a floor construction method and a construction structure and, more specifically, relates to a floor construction method for impact noise reduction comprises the following steps of: forming a slab floor layer; forming a buffer layer by arranging a buffer layer on the slab floor layer or an upper surface of another layer laminated on the slab floor layer; and constructing a pipe material on the buffer layer or an upper surface of another layer laminated on the buffer layer and forming a mortar layer mixed with an elastic body chip by depositing the granular elastic body chip having irregular surface along with mortar in the pipe material. Therefore, a floor structure is realized to reduce weight impact noise.
