The invention relates to automatic document circulation technology, document accounting and also the execution of documentary orders in automated management systems by warehouse or distribution centres. An electronic/physical document and a system and method for ordering and distributing goods from a remote warehouse using said electronic/physical document are proposed. The electronic/physical document comprises an electronic data carrier with an electronic component in the form of a digital copy of the contents of the primary source of information about a goods transaction, and a physical data carrier with information about the goods transaction, in which physical data carrier the electronic component is located in a data transport device having a unique unalterable internal number and an internal non-volatile rewritable memory. The system and method for ordering and distributing goods from a remote warehouse are based on the use of the above-mentioned electronic/physical document.
