PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a natural dyestuff using a green laver is provided to have the antibacterial of fabric, deodorancy, and the fastness of cleaning. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a natural dyestuff using a green laver comprises: a step of obtaining a green laver extract by pulverizing a dried green laver, soaking into alkali water solution or distilled water, and filtering and decompression concentrating the outcome; a step of mixing the extract and distilled water with the weight ratio of 6:4; and a step of controlling the pH of the mixed solution to 6.5 by an acetic acid solution(10w/v%). The alkali water solution is manufactured by adding 0.5-0.7 parts by weight of acetic acid solution into 100.0 parts by weight of ethanol or methanol.
