PURPOSE: A sheet cleaner, a horizontal panel loader including the same, and a method for manufacturing a liquid crystal display device using the same are provided to reduce surface defects of a horizontally loaded panel by including the sheet cleaner. CONSTITUTION: A sheet cleaner cleans a sheet between panels. A sheet is inputted to a sheet input unit(610). The inputted sheet is transferred to a conveyor unit(620). A first cleaning unit(630) includes brushes on the upper and lower sides of the inputted sheet and removes foreign materials at a relatively large volume from the sheet transferred through the conveyor unit. A second cleaning unit(640) is installed behind the first cleaning unit and removes minute foreign materials from the sheet by using a cleaning roller.
